The main goal of this Memorandum of Understanding is to perform research and development activities that are required by the industry. The research activities will utilize the facilities available at SITARC and PSGCT.

Various industries have referred to and sponsored these activities to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost-effective manufacturing.
Objective and scope of work include:
To design and develop new products and technology
Study and evaluate the performance of a product for its endurance and life cycle
Organize training programs for the benefit of industries in metrology & instrumentation
To also offer programs on designing and building motors and pumps
Additionally, to organize training programs for quality control systems, HR, personality development, Re-engineering and Value Engineering, among others.

Objective and scope of work include:
The VLB Janakiammal College of Engineering and Technology aims to foster a collaborative environment by facilitating a regular exchange of resources and knowledge.
Our goal is to tap into the potential of both academia and industry for mutual benefit.
We strive to design and develop innovative products and technologies while also studying and evaluating their performance for endurance and life cycle evaluation.
We also organize training programs that focus on industries in Metrology & Instrumentation, Quality Control Systems, HR, and personality development.
Additionally, we offer re-engineering and value engineering services to enhance product performance and reduce costs.

Scope of Cooperation:
The Areas of cooperation will include:
Programs offered by TUV as part of its portfolio that are provided elsewhere in the world and these that are felt desirable and feasible to be launched in India after assessing the requirement thereof by both the parties.
The consultancy and service opportunities that are available in India and elsewhere which are not conflicting with the services provided by TUV and Si’Tarc to its exiting clients.
The area of co-operation shall be within the geographical borders of India.
The terms of cooperation for each specific activity implemented under this Memorandum of understanding shall be mutually discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to the initiation of that activity.
